| Bio: | And IEMAJA spoke, with fire in her eyes, "You shall be made of me, of My Moon, of My Shadows, of My Pain and My Joy. You shall bring life unto the Earth, and you shall spread love to all those you shall meet. This is your job as woman, and you shall kneel before no one. You are the Creators. All begins and ends with you." I am in graduate school and I have an interesting non-profit job. I work with women and families as a labor and chidbirth doula and portrait photographer. I'm slowly (but passionately) moving on my journey to become a homebirth midwife.  *****Friends only. New friends are always welcome. Just leave me a comment, so I can friend, in return.**** Random facts about me: I like to read anything, from novels to cereal boxes. I'm a vegetarian and I live for chocolate. I love being in large groups and going out, but I also need alone time because I'm an only child. I have a huge tattoo on my lower back of a pin-up girl mermaid....she symbolizes the goddess, Iemaja. I miss the friends who have come in and gone out of my life. I hate routine and schedules. I love art, especially photography and painting. When I'm happy, I dance around and twirl ballet style, regardless of where I am and I will always do this, no matter my age. I love to travel and experience new people and places. I like to brush my teeth. I hate brushing my hair. I'm easily excited about the most minor of things. I am constantly trying to learn about pregnancy and childbirth. I'm socially and politically liberal, though I have friends with a variety of viewpoints. I'd like to have at least 5 children. I get really cranky when I haven't eaten. I get "deja-vu" regularly. For the life of me, I can't tell a story in chronological order. I really enjoy cooking. I like growing edible or medicinal plants. I share my life with the most amazing, beautiful person and two sweet, fiesty weenah dogs. | |||||
